For many years sewer networks have been offered “No Dig” pipe rehabilitation solutions. All of these solutions still have major disadvantages of potential environmental impact as well as the inherent risks during the whole installation process.
MDISS has the answer:
A technically mature, economic, environmentally sound and flexible installation process, quality checked materials and production processes, individual consultancy and support are the essential factors you can expect when partnering MDISS.
Whether you need circular profiles, egg shape, mouth shape or box section, the MDISS SAERTEX-LINER is the first class answer.
Depending on its dimensions and wall thickness, SAERTEX-LINER can be produced in lengths of up to 500m. Even a change of dimension within one pipeline or bends up to 30 degrees can be completed without any problems.Dimensions range from DN 150 to DN 1200, with wall thickness from 3mm to 12mm.
Once your pipe has been rehabilitated, are you being told you have to wait days or even weeks before it is ready to use again?
This is not the case with the SAERTEX-LINER. Decommissioning activities can be carried out immediately after the curing process. This applies both to the liner connections within the shafts and to the opening of lateral connections using the unique MDISS cutting methods and techniques.
This is an immediate advantage on live sewer applications, minimising flow “stoppering” and over pumping concerns, as 4 hours is usually sufficient time to install one liner and to put the rehabilitated pipe section back into use!
